Light a candle for a loved one
Date of Event: 24 May 2025
Join us for a special evening on Saturday 24 May 2025 as we illuminate St Brelade’s Bay Beach with candles in memory of our loved ones. This is a fantastic opportunity to join with friends, family, and as a community, to reflect, celebrate, and remember the people we love who are no longer with us.
Please note: seating will not be provided for this event as standard. Limited seating will be available for those who require it which you can book below. Seated guests will be in an area away from the candles but they will still be able to reflect and take part in the celebration. Please be aware the event runs through sunset and into the night, it is advisable to bring warm clothes.
Tickets to reserve your space and candle closes at 23:59 on the 22 May.
Timings
20:30 - Candle collection opens
21:00 - Celebration starts
21:30 - Candles lit
21:45 - Reflective time
22:00 - Event draws to a close
At the end of the event we will be collecting the lanterns and no candles will be left alight.
